Given so little storage space inside the Jeep, I'm working out a way to store some basic tools inside the front bumper. The first obsticle is the tube welded into the frame between the frame rails. I'd hoped to use that space, but I'm not willing to mod the Jeep. I'd like a bolt-on bumper so the original can be easily restored. With limited tools, even a diamond plate bumper is not imposible.
