I fitted Maglite mounting brackets with mounting magnets, and attached them to the driver's seat frame for easy access. I got the magnets from K&J Magnetics, part MM-C-16. I put a plastic block magnet (BXO84PC-RED) behind the seat frame to provide extra hold. 8-32 lock nuts (Lowes) hold the magnets to the bracket.
